Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
You can return items within14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To start a return, just email us at info@neolar.com.
Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to reflect the credit.
First, check your tracking link. If it’s been more than 8 business days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, email us at info@neolar.com and we’ll investigate right away.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
