We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected and that’s okay. Our return process is designed to be simple, efficient, and stress-free.

30-Day Return Window
You have up to 30 business days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Whether it didn’t quite match your vision or you’ve just changed your mind, we’re here to support your decision.

To qualify for a return:
Please ensure the item is in unused and unwashed condition. It must be returned in its original state with all tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase or your order confirmation will be needed to process your return.

We believe shopping should be worry-free. That’s why we accept returns on all eligible items no final sale limitations, as long as they meet the conditions above.

How to Request a Return
To get started, just send an email to Support@neolar.nl. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return. One of our team members will walk you through the next steps and provide all the details you’ll need.

Please note: If the item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

No Hidden Fees
We keep it simple. There are no restocking fees or unexpected charges just a smooth return experience that reflects our values.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll begin the refund process within 10 business days. Refunds will go back to the original payment method you used. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to finalize the transaction on their end.
